    Microstructure and Wear Property of 42CrMo Steel Grind-Hardening Strengthened Layer

    • 摘要: 对42CrMo钢进行磨削淬火试验, 研究了磨削淬火强化层的显微组织和耐磨性能。结果表明: 42CrMo钢磨削淬火强化层的显微组织以片条状马氏体为主, 强化层的显微硬度达到了700 HV以上; 磨削淬火强化层的磨损性能较基体的有明显提高。

       

      Abstract: The grind-hardening test was applied on 42CrMo steel, and the microstructure and wear resistance of the grind-hardening strengthened layer were studied. The results show that the microstructure of grind-hardening strengthened layer was mainly lath martensite and the microhardness was above 700 HV. Comparing with the substrate, the wear property of the grind-hardening strengthened layer was improved obviously.
