    屈强比对X80钢性能的影响

    Effect of Yield Ratio on Properties of X80 Steel

    • 摘要: 对“西气东输”二线工程使用的五种不同屈强比的X80钢通过静拉伸试验、动载冲击试验、水压爆破试验模拟管线一般受载情况等,比较了不同屈强比X80钢的性能差异,分析了屈强比对变形能力和承压能力的影响.结果表明:屈强比对X80钢纵、横向的力学性能没有显著影响,对横向的应力-应变行为的影响大于对纵向的;屈强比能够反映材料的变形能力;X80钢的横向屈强比与纵向屈强比不存在一致的对应性;“西气东输”二线工程技术标准规定的横向屈强比指标是可行的;钢管的水压爆破试验压力大大超过理论计算最小压力,能够保证钢管的安全性;屈强比与高钢级管线钢管承压能力的关系还需进一步研究.

       

      Abstract: The property difference of five kinds of X80 steels with different yield ratios adopted in the 2nd WEGP was investigated through the simulation of general supported load condition of the pipeline by static tensile test,dynamic impact test and hydraulic burst test.The effect of yield ratio on the deformability and pressure-containing capability was analyzed.The results show that the yield ratio had no evident influence on mechanical properties of the X80 steel,and the effect of yield ratio on stress-strain behavior of transverse was much greater than that of longitudinal direction.The yield ratio could reflect the deformability of the material.The transverse yield ratio did not correspond to the longitudinal yield ratio.The transverse yield ratio index specified in technical standards of 2nd WEGP was reasonable.The hydraulic burst pressure of the tested pipes greatly exceeded the minimum of the theoretical calculation pressure,which could ensure the safety of the pipeline.The relation between yield ratio and pressure-containing capability of high strength pipeline steel needed to be investigated further.
