    DP600双相钢热轧工艺参数的模拟优化

    Simulation Optimum of Technological Parameters for Hot Rolled DP600 Steel

    • 摘要: 利用Gleeble-3800型热模拟试验机测定了DP600双相钢压缩变形后动态连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线, 并模拟其热轧生产工艺过程以研究轧制工艺参数对显微组织的影响, 进而优化轧制工艺参数结果表明: CCT曲线上存在独立的铁素体区和贝氏体区, 在两区中间存在较宽的奥氏体稳定区; 轧制工艺参数对显微组织有明显的影响, 试验钢850 ℃终轧后以1 ℃·s-1的冷却速率从750 ℃冷至710 ℃后再快冷至600 ℃卷取所得到钢板的显微组织最优。

       

      Abstract: Dynamic continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curves of DP600 steel were determined on Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator. The hot rolled process were simulated to study the effect of rolling parameters on microstructure, and to optimize rolling parameters. The results show that there were self-exist ferrite region and bainite region on CCT curves, and broader steady austenite region existed in the region above-mentioned. The effect of the rolling parameters on the microstructure was obvious, and the best microstructure was obtained when the tested steel was cooled from 750 ℃ to 710 ℃ at a cooling rate of 1 ℃·s-1, and then cooled quickly to 600 ℃ to coil after end-rolling at 850 ℃.
