Study on the Simulated CGHAZ Microstructure and Property of JG590 Steel

  • 摘要: 以焊接热循环的计算结果为基础,采用Gleeble-1500型热模拟试验机研究了JG590钢焊接热循环对焊接热影响区粗晶区(CGHAZ)组织、冲击韧度和硬度的影响规律,获得了模拟焊接热影响区连续冷却组织转变图(SH-CCT图):通过传热计算数据和焊接热模拟测试结果,实现了对JG590钢CGHAZ区组织性能的预测和控制.
    Abstract: Based on the calculated results of the welding heat cycle,influencing rules of the welding heat cycle on the CGHAZ microstructure,impact toughness and hardness are studied by Gleeble-1500,and SH-CCT chart for JG590 steel is obtained.The paper successively realizes the prediction and the control of CGHAZ microstructure and property through the results of heat transmission calculation and thermal simulation.
