    烧结工艺对NiFe2O4陶瓷纯度和相对密度的影响

    Effects of Sintering Process on Purity and Relative Density of NiFe2O4 Ceramic

    • 摘要: 采用粉末冶金固相烧结法合成了NiFe2O4陶瓷, 研究了烧结温度和保温时间对其纯度和相对密度的影响。结果表明: 随着烧结温度的升高和保温时间的延长, NiFe2O4的纯度增大; 在1 100 ℃保温2 h即可合成纯度较高的NiFe2O4陶瓷;提高烧结温度和延长保温时间均有利于NiFe2O4陶瓷的致密化; 在1 200 ℃保温2 h是制备NiFe2O4陶瓷的较佳工艺。

       

      Abstract: The NiFe2O4 ceramic was prepared by powder metallurgy solid state sintering method, and the effects of sintering temperature and holding time on purity and relative density of the ceramic were studied. The results show that the purity of NiFe2O4 increased with the increase of sintering temperature and holding time. NiFe2O4 ceramic with higher purity was obtained after sintering at 1 000 ℃ for 2 h. Increasing sintering temperature and prolonging holding time were favorable for densifying of NiFe2O4 ceramic. A better sintering process of NiFe2O4 ceramic were 1 200 ℃×2 h.
