    用纳米压痕法研究拉伸变形对电沉积镍镀层力学性能的影响

    Effects of Tensile Deformation on Mechanical Properties of Electrodeposited Nickel Coating

    • 摘要: 用纳米压痕法对受不同程度拉伸变形后的电沉积镍镀层试样的硬度、弹性模量和蠕变性能进行了研究.结果表明:随着变形量从零增加到28.3%,镍镀层的硬度及其弹性模量都有明显降低,硬度从9.37 GPa下降到6.13 GPa,弹性模量从242.51 GPa下降到116.23 GPa;而蠕变位移随变形量的增加而增加,从未拉伸试样的1.25 mm增加到伸长率为28.3%试样的4.52 mm.

       

      Abstract: The electrodeposited nickel coating was deformed with different elongations and hardness,elastic modulus and creep property of nickel coating were investigated by nanoindentation.The results revealed that the hardness (from 9.37 GPa to 6.13 GPa) and the elastic modulus (from 242.51 GPa to 116.23 GPa) both decreased with the increase of deformation.However the creep displacement increased with the increase of deformation (from 1.25 mm to 4.52 mm).
