    Preparation and Properties of Amorphous Fe-Based Coatings

    • 摘要: 自行研制了非晶态涂层用粉芯线材,利用电弧喷涂技术制备了含非晶相铁基涂层,对涂层的相组成、微观组织、热稳定性及涂层截面的显微硬度进行了研究和分析,测试了涂层在450 ℃下的耐磨粒磨损性能.结果表明:涂层中非晶相含量较高,涂层呈层状分布,结构均匀致密;涂层在580 ℃以下使用不会发生晶化转变;涂层截面的平均硬度为1 356.0 HV;涂层在450 ℃下有较好的耐磨粒磨损性能,磨损10 h的相对耐磨性为GCr15轴承钢的5.1倍.

       

      Abstract: The cored wire used to manufacture amorphous coating was self developed,and amorphous Fe-based coatings were prepared by arc spraying technology.The phase composition,microstructure,properties of thermal stability and cross section hardness of the coatings were studied and analyzed.The coating’s abrasive wear-resistant property at 450 ℃ was also studied.The results show that the coating had a high content of amorphous phase,layered distribution and a dense and uniform structure.The crystallization process in the coating would not occur at the temperatures below 580 ℃.The average hardness of the coating was 1 356.0 HV.The coating had good abrasive wear-resistance at 450 ℃,after 10 h,the relative wear-resistant property of the coating was 5.1 times of that of GCr15 bearing steel.
