Abstract:
A combinational material library of a 4×4 array of Al-Zn film samples was prepared by a combination of multi-target ion beam sputtering and masking technology. The resistant corrosion property of the Al-Zn films in salt solution was tested by a self-built test platform. The influence of some important parameters, such as the height of the electrolyte, on the test results was analyzed by using orthogonal experiments, and optimal chemical composition was obtained. The results show that the film had fairy good resistance corrosion property when the mole fraction of Al was 83%-86%.
