    一种含纳米WS2颗粒乳化液的制备及其摩擦学性能

    Preparation of a New Emulsion Containing Nano-WS2 Particulates and Its Tribological Characteristics

    • 摘要: 通过表面活性剂的复配研制了一种新型热模锻润滑剂——含纳米WS2颗粒的乳化液, 测定了乳化液的稳定性、润湿性和表面张力, 观察了纳米WS2颗粒在乳化液中的分散状态, 并对乳化液的摩擦学性能进行了研究。结果表明: 表面活性剂复配能使乳化液的润湿性提高、稳定分散的时间延长, 而且纳米WS2颗粒在其中分布得更均匀; 添加纳米WS2颗粒后, 油膜强度、烧结载荷分别提高了1.7倍和2.5倍, 摩擦副的摩擦因数随摩擦时间延长而变化平稳, 磨斑直径变小, 表面无明显的犁沟出现。

       

      Abstract: A new kind of emulsion containing nano-WS2 particulates used to lubricating hot die forging was successfully prepared in the way of compounding several kinds of surfactants. The stability, wettability and surface tension of emulsion were determined, the distribution stability of nano-WS2 particles in emulsions was analysed, as well as tribological characteristics of the emulsion were studied. The results show that compound of the surfactant could increase wettability and stable distribution time, and the the distribution of nano-WS2 was more even. The oil film strength and sintering load was respectively 1.7 and 2.5 times of that of the emulsion that without nano-WS2 particles, and the friction coefficients of friction pairs changed smoothly with the increase of time, and the diameter of worn spot was small and obvious furrows was not found.
