    采用球压痕法测16MnR钢的拉伸性能

    Measuring Tensile Properties of 16MnR Steel by Ball Indentation Technology

    • 摘要: 采用球压痕试验和常规拉伸试验两种方法对16MnR钢的拉伸性能进行了测试并进行了对比。结果表明:球压痕法能够准确、基本无损地测出试验钢的拉伸性能,其结果与常规拉伸试验结果比较符合,屈服强度和抗拉强度的最大误差分别为6.8%和1.9%。

       

      Abstract: The tensile properties of 16MnR steel were measured by means of ball indentation test,and were compared with those got from conventional tensile test. The results show that the tensile properties of experimental steel can be accurately and semi-nondestructively measured through the ball indentation technology. The tensile properties obtained from ball indentation test show good agreement with those from the conventional tensile test,and the bigest differences were 6.8% and 1.9% for yield strength and tensile strength,respectively.
