    Rapid Manufacturing Technique of Ceramic Parts Based on Slurry Solidifying and Incising

    • 摘要: 提出一种基于泥浆凝固-切割的陶瓷制件快速制造技术.通过测定不同填料的凝固时间,确定了所选填料;利用差示扫描量热法测试了所选填料的糊化温度和分解温度,并根据泥浆的化学组成,制定了合适的烧成制度;利用扫描电镜观察了素烧后坯体的显微结构,并采用三点弯曲法测试了素烧后的未叠层试样和叠层试样的强度.结果表明:淀粉适合作填料,合适的叠层厚度为1~2 mm,叠层试样和未叠层试样的强度相差不大,可达45.41 MPa.

       

      Abstract: A novel prototyping technology——rapid manufacturing technique of ceramic parts based on slurry solidifying and incising was developed.The sort of stuff was confirmed by determining the solidification time of different stuffs.Gelatinization temperature and decomposition temperature of the optimal stuff-starch were obtained by DSC.According to chemical components of the slurry,an appropriate sintering system was established.Microstructure of the green body was observed by SEM.Bending strength of un-laminated and laminated green body were measured by three-point flexural test.Starch is suitable for stuffing.The appropriately laminated thickness is 1-2 mm.The strength value of laminated green body is lower than that of un-laminated green body and reaches to 45.41 MPa.
