    Preparation and Size Control of Nanosized TiO2 Powder with Anatase Phase

    • 摘要: 采用水解-均相沉淀法在加入相同体积、不同浓度沉淀剂的溶液中,以四氯化钛为主要原料,制备了不同粒径的二氧化钛纳米颗粒.用透射电镜、X射线衍射仪、比表面积分析仪、差热分析和紫外-可见光谱分析仪等,对所制备的纳米颗粒进行了表征.结果表明:随着沉淀剂浓度的不同,可制备出不同粒径的二氧化钛纳米颗粒,其粒径均匀,尺寸分布较窄,纯度高,晶型皆为单一的锐钛矿型.

       

      Abstract: Nanosized TiO2 powders of different diameters were prepared with the hydrolysis-homogeneous precipitation synthesized method by using TiCl4 as primary raw material at room temperature.The characteristics of the nanosized TiO2 powder were analyzed by TEM,XRD,specific surface area analyzer,TG-DTA and UV-VIS.Nanosized TiO2 powders of different diameters could be prepared when the precipitating agent with different concentrations is added.The crystalline grain size is uniforn,and the size distribution of the powder is narrow.The prepared nanosized TiO2 powders have high-purity and their phase structure is single anatase phase.
