Abstract:
A layer of Fe-SiCp was electroplated on the surface of Q235 steel sheet.The influences of concentration of SiCp,temperature,pH value of the plating solution and current density on ratio of the electroformed layer were studied.The dry friction coefficient of the layer was 0.55-0.60,and the wear rate was less than 3.9×10-7 cm3/J,when the mass fraction of SiCp was 35 g/L,current density 3.5 A/dm2,pH 1.0-4.5 and temperature 35 ℃.The obtained material had good properties similar to those of traditional iron-based powder melallurgy friction materials.
