Abstract:
The microstructure,phase composition and thermal conductivity of CuTeSeFe alloy in the temperature range of 25-400 ℃ were measured and analyzed by optical microscopy,DSC,XRD,SEM/EDS and thermal constant tester. The results show that CuTeSeFe alloy in the temperature range of 25-400 ℃ possessed reletively good microstructure stability and no new phases formed. The thermal conductivity of CuTeSeFe alloy changed a little with the temperature in the range of 25-400℃,and reached its lowest value of 5.497 W·cm-1·K-1 at 200 ℃ and its highest value of 5.898 W·cm-1·K-1 at 25 ℃.
