    温度对铜碲硒铁合金热导率的影响

    Effect of Temperature on Thermal Conductivity of CuTeSeFe Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用光学显微镜、热分析仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、能谱仪及热常数测试仪等测试分析了铜碲硒铁合金在25~400 ℃温度范围内的显微组织、物相组成及热导率的变化情况.结果表明:铜碲硒铁合金在25~400 ℃温度范围内组织较稳定,无新相生成;在25~400 ℃温度范围内该合金的热导率随温度变化不大,在200 ℃时,热导率最小为5.497 W·cm-1·K-1,而在25 ℃时,热导率最大为5.898 W·cm-1·K-1.

       

      Abstract: The microstructure,phase composition and thermal conductivity of CuTeSeFe alloy in the temperature range of 25-400 ℃ were measured and analyzed by optical microscopy,DSC,XRD,SEM/EDS and thermal constant tester. The results show that CuTeSeFe alloy in the temperature range of 25-400 ℃ possessed reletively good microstructure stability and no new phases formed. The thermal conductivity of CuTeSeFe alloy changed a little with the temperature in the range of 25-400℃,and reached its lowest value of 5.497 W·cm-1·K-1 at 200 ℃ and its highest value of 5.898 W·cm-1·K-1 at 25 ℃.
