    DOGAL 800DP镀锌高强钢数控CO2激光焊接工艺参数的优化

    Optimizing of Processing Parameters for NC CO2 Laser Welding of DOGAL 800DP Zinc Coated High Strength Steel

    • 摘要: 采用正交方法优化试验方案,对DOGAL 800DP镀锌高强钢进行激光焊接试验,并对激光焊接试样进行了多种焊接质量的检测.结果表明:数控CO2激光焊接1.5 mm厚镀锌高强钢时,在试验条件下保证焊缝成形、强度和质量的优化工艺参数是以氮气作为保护气体,同轴气流量为3.0 m3·h-1,激光功率1 300 W,离焦量-0.4 mm,焊接速度0.80 m·min-1,侧吹气流与水平方向成40°夹角,侧吹气流量2.1 m3·h-1.

       

      Abstract: Welding seams were tested and experiment of laser welding of DOGAL 800DP zinc coated high strength steel was performed using orthogonal test method.The optimum processing parameter for numeric control CO2 laser welding of zinc coated high strength steel with 1.5 mm thickness are as follows:adopting N2 as protective gas,coaxial gas feed rate of 3.0 m3·h-1,laser power of 1 300 W,defocusing amount of -0.4 mm,welding speed at 0.8 m·min-1,corner dimension with horizontal direction of side blown gas at 40°,gas feed rate of side blown gas at 2.1 m3·h-1.
