    P92钢焊接接头性能及其焊接材料研究进展

    Progress in Research of Welding Joint Properties and Welding Consumables of P92 Steel

    • 摘要: P92钢是近年来国内外迅速发展的新型铁素体耐热钢.综述了P92钢焊接接头性能及其焊接材料的研究进展.对蠕变性能的研究工作主要集中在蠕变断裂的产生机理、蠕变强度的提高措施、蠕变断裂的评估方式,疲劳性能的研究集中在硬度、温度对疲劳裂纹的影响.简单总结了韧性的改善途径.指出开发P92钢焊接材料的重点是同时保证焊接接头的蠕变性能和韧性.最后展望了P92钢焊接的研究方向和前景.

       

      Abstract: P92 steel is a new type of ferritic refractory steel which has quickly developed at home and abroad in recent years.The present paper introduces the progress in research of welding joint properties and welding consumables of P92 steel.For the creep property,research activities were mainly focused on the mechanism of creep rupture,improvement of creep strength,evaluating mode,etc.For the fatigue property,the attention was put to the effects of hardness and temperature on the fatigue cracks.The improvement of toughness is summarized.It is pointed out that the key researches of the welding consumables are focused on gaining toughness and creep strength synchronously.The future trends of the studies on P92 welding are presented.
