    钼、铌含量对耐火结构钢组织与性能的影响

    Influence of Mo and Nb Content on Microstructure and Properties of Fire-Resistant Construction Steel

    • 摘要: 为了在最少钼、铌加入量情况下保证结构钢的耐火性能,研究了钼、铌元素含量对耐火结构钢组织和性能的影响,尤其是对高温强度的影响.结果表明:随钼含量的增加,其室温屈服强度、抗拉强度和600℃时的屈服强度随之提高,韧性则有所下降;钢中贝氏体的数量随钼含量的增加而增多;在高温时,稳定细小的铌的碳化物可有效改善钢的高温强度;钼、铌的复合加入对提高钢的高温强度具有更好的效果,加入0.25%钼和0.021%铌即可满足结构钢的耐火要求,且具有更佳的经济性.

       

      Abstract: In order to ensure fire-resistant property of construction steel under the condition of the least Mo,Nb addition,effects of Mo and Nb content on microstructure and properties of the fire-resistant construction steel,specially on high temperature strength were investigated.The results show that the room temperature yield strength,tensile strength and yield strength at 600℃ increased with increasing Mo,but toughness decreased,the quantities of bainite increased simultaneously.At high temperatures the stable and tiny carbides could well improve high temperature strength of steels.Co-addition of Mo and Nb could achieve better effect of high temperature strength,adding 0.25% Mo and 0.021% Nb could meet fire-resistant demand of construction steel,and better economical efficiency could be obtained.
