    生产GH1040合金丝时的断丝原因

    Fracture Reason of GH1040 Thread in Manufacture

    • 摘要: 用OM、SEM、EDX、XRD等仪器对4mm的GH1040合金丝在生产过程中的断丝原因进行了分析.结果表明:断丝是由于原材料质量不合格,合金中存在大量的TiN和Al2O3夹杂物引起的.

       

      Abstract: Through OM,SEM,EDX and X-Ray diffraction,the reason for the fracture of GH1040 thread was investigated.The results show that the fracture of thread was caused by large amount of TiN and Al2O3 inclusions in the alloy.
