磨具用树脂结合剂的研究现状与展望

Prospect and Research Progress of Resin Binder Used for Abrasive Tools

摘要: 综述了近年来有关磨具用树脂结合剂在国内外的研究现状及分类。着重介绍了磨具用酚醛树脂结合剂的改性研究, 简要介绍了水溶性树脂及在聚乙烯醇磨具和半固着磨具上的应用, 最后对磨具用树脂结合剂的发展进行了展望。

Abstract: The research state and classification for the resin binder used for abrasive tools in recent years are reviewed. The modification research of phenolic resin binder used for abrasive tool is recommended emphatically, the water-soluble resin and polyving akohol abrasive tools and the application on semi-fixed abrasive tools are introduced briefly. At last, the development on the resin binder for abrasive tools is prospected.
