    The Optimization of Technological Process of Block Nitrated Manganese

    • 摘要: 在节能、环保和高效原则下,以电解锰片为原料,基于粉末冶金与热处理工艺对块状氮化锰生产工艺进行了优化.结果表明:金属锰粉块状压坯经两次预抽真空后,在823~1 173 K内和0.05~1 MPa压力下渗氮9~10 h,可获得氮含量高达8.97%~9.54%的块状氮化锰产品.

       

      Abstract: On the principle of energy saving,environment protection and high efficiency,the technological process of producing nitrated manganese with electrolytic manganese as raw material had been successfully optimized,when the powder metallurgical and heat treatment process were adopted.The results show that when compacted electrolytic manganese powder has been forvacuumed twice,the block nitrated manganese with 8.97%-9.54% nitrogen content can be obtained between 823-1 173 K with 9-10 h and under 0.05-1 MPa pressure nitridation.
