    A Method to Solve the Composition Segregation of Cu-Pb Alloy

    • 摘要: 为了解决粉末冶金制作铜铅合金过程中存在的由于两元素互不相溶导致的严重成分偏析,从而影响合金组织与性能的问题,采用添加均质剂的方法对合金进行了均质化处理,并对其组织进行了研究.结果表明:通过上述方法可使合金中的铜和铅达到较好的互溶效果,从而获得均匀、致密的显微组织.
