    Effect of Rolling Process on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of EH36 Ship Plate Steel

    • 摘要: 采用力学性能试验和显微组织观察等方法对比分析了常规轧制(AR)、控轧(CR)和控轧控冷(TMCP)三种轧制工艺对EH36船板钢显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:三种轧制工艺对该钢强度的影响不显著,而对低温冲击功的影响很大,CR和TMCP工艺试验钢表现出良好的低温冲击性能,而AR工艺的较差,不能满足国标要求;TMCP工艺试验钢的强度和韧性匹配最佳,原因是由于该工艺能够使组织均匀、晶粒细小.

       

      Abstract: The effects of three rolling processes,including as rolling(AR),controlled rolling(CR)and thermo-mechanical control processing(TMCP),on microstructure and mechanical properties of EH36 ship plate steel were studied by means of mechanical property tests and microstructure observation.The results show that the offects of the three rolling processes on tested steel strength were slight,but significant on low temperature impact toughness.The tested steels produced by CR and TMCP had better low temperature impact toughness than by AR which could not meet the national standard.The strength and toughness of the tested steel produced by TMCP process matched well due to the uniform microstructure and refined grains.
