    工艺参数对热等静压法制备多孔NiTi记忆合金孔隙特性的影响

    Effect of Parameters on Pore Characteristics of Porous NiTi Shape Memory Alloys Fabricated by Hot Isostatic Pressing

    • 摘要: 采用不封装的热等静压法来制备多孔NiTi形状记忆合金,着重研究了不同工艺参数对孔隙特性的影响规律.结果表明:采用烧结时间3 h制备出的多孔NiTi记忆合金能得到令人满意的孔隙特征,分别采用100 MPa和400 MPa的冷压压力能够制备出两种完全不同孔状结构的多孔NiTi记忆合金,一种是均匀分布的结构,另外一种则是层状结构(多孔层-致密层-多孔层);而且,随着热压压力的增加,孔隙特征参数减小.

       

      Abstract: Porous NiTi shape memory alloys (SMAs) had been fabricated by capsule-free hot isostatic pressing (CF-HIP).The effect of processing parameters on pore characteristics was investigated emphatically.It is found that porous NiTi SMAs with satisfied pore characteristics should be fabricated by sintering for 3 h.Porous NiTi SMAs with two different pore structures are fabricated by adopting 100 MPa and 400 MPa cold pressures,respectively.One is the structure with homogeneous pore distribution.Another is the sandwich structure along the radial direction (porous layer-dense layer-porous layer).Pore characteristic parameters decrease with increasing hot pressure.
