    Effect of High Pressure Treatment on α+γ2→β Transformation in Cu-Al Alloy

    • 摘要: 通过对经6 GPa压力(700℃下)处理前后铜-铝合金在加热过程中α+γ2→β相变温度、相变时间和相变激活能的测试与计算,探讨了高压处理对合金中α+γ2→β相变的影响.结果表明:高压处理能降低合金的α+γ2→β相变温度和相变激活能,缩短相变时间,有利于α+γ2→β相变,但对相变机制的影响不大.

       

      Abstract: Before and after 6 GPa pressure treatment,the phase transformation temperature,time and activation energy of α+γ2→β in Cu-Al alloy during heating were measured and caculated.The effect of high pressure treatment on the transformation of α+γ2→β in the alloy was discussed.The results show that high pressure treatment could decrease the transformation temperature and transformation activation energy,shorten the transformation time,and be beneficial to the transformation of α+γ2→β in the Cu-Al alloy,but had little effect on the transformation mechanism.
