    低碳铝镇静软质镀锡钢板在生产过程中织构和固溶碳含量变化

    Change for Texture and Carbon Solution of Low Carbon Al-Killed Soft Tinplate during Production

    • 摘要: 借助X射线衍射仪和内耗仪分别研究了低碳铝镇静软质镀锡钢板在热轧、冷轧、连退、平整和镀锡过程中的织构和固溶碳含量变化。结果表明: 随着生产工序的进行, 001〈110〉织构由强变弱, 而γ纤维织构, 尤其是111〈112〉织构由弱变强; 热轧板经冷轧后的碳固溶量明显降低, 而退火加热又使固溶碳含量略有回升, 平整又导致固溶碳含量进一步降低, 镀锡过程的加热再次造成固溶碳含量略增。

       

      Abstract: The texture and carbon solution of low carbon Al-killed steel tinplate during hot rolling, cold rolling, continuous annealing, temper rolling and tinning were studied by X-ray diffraction and internal friction inverted torsion pendulum. The results show that the intensity of 001〈110〉 texture decreased during production process, while the γ fiber texture, mainly 111〈112〉 texture, increased. The carbon solution decreased after the hot rolled plate was cold rolled and increased slightly after annealing, and then the carbon solution further decreased after temper rolling, and increased slightly again because heating during tinning process.
