    Effects of Ageing Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 2519 Aluminum Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用显微硬度、力学性能测试及透射电子显微镜分析等手段研究了2519铝合金在135~200 ℃时效时的力学性能与显微组织的变化规律.结果表明:2519铝合金在135,150 ℃时效响应缓慢,在165,180,200 ℃时效时具有明显的三阶段时效特征,即欠时效、峰值时效和过时效;随时效温度的升高达到峰值时效的时间逐渐缩短,分别为15,9,6 h;峰值硬度逐渐降低;分别为127,122,118 HV;随着时效温度的升高铝合金的塑性逐渐降低;适宜的时效温度为165 ℃.

       

      Abstract: The microstructure and mechanical properties of 2519 aluminum alloy aged at 135-200 ℃ for different times were investigated by means of microhardness test and tensile test,transmission electron microscope analysis.The results show that aged at 135,150 ℃,2519 aluminum alloy responsed slowly.And aged at 165-200 ℃,three respective stages were observed during the ageing process and they are under-ageing,peak-ageing and over-ageing,respectively.Time of reaching peak-ageing was gradually shortened from 15 h to 6 h with the increase of ageing temperature,and the microhardness of peak-ageing of the alloy gradually decreased from 127 HV to 118 HV with the increase of ageing temperature,respectively.The alloy elongation decreased with the increase of ageing temperature.The optimal ageing temperature of 2519 aluminum alloy is 165 ℃.
