    高性能沥青基碳纤维的单丝拉伸断口特征

    Fracture Surfaces of High-Performance Pitch-Based Carbon Fibers after Monofilament Tensile Testing

    • 摘要: 用扫描电镜观察了高性能沥青基碳纤维的单丝拉伸断口, 并分析了其与拉伸强度的关系。结果表明: 沥青基碳纤维拉伸断口有清晰的石墨微晶结构, 具有可辨的断口形貌特征; 低强度碳纤维的拉伸断口相对平整, 随着强度的增加, 断口越发变得粗糙和不平整, 而且在高强度碳纤维拉伸断口的某一区间可观察到石墨状微晶碎片。

       

      Abstract: The fracture surfaces of high-performance pitch-based carbon fibers after monofilament tensile testing were observed by scanning electron microscopy, and the relation between tensile fracture and tensile strength was analysed. The results show that pitch-based carbon fibers had characteristic fracture morphology of clear graphite crystallitic structure. The tensile fracture of low-strength carbon fibers was relatively smooth, the fracture surfaces became rough and uneven with the increase of the tensile strength, and graphite crystallitic fragments were observed in certain zone of tensile fracture surface of high-strength carbon fibers.
