    Preparation and Properties of AlN/LLDPE Thermal Conductive Composites

    • 摘要: 为提高线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)材料的导热性能,利用钛酸酯偶联剂(NDZ-105)对AlN粉进行表面处理后,用粉末共混法制备了AlN/LLDPE导热复合材料;探讨了AlN和NDZ-105含量对复合材料导热性能的影响,并对其进行了DSC分析.结果表明:AlN的加入能促使复合材料结晶度的提高;复合材料的导热性能随着AlN含量的增加而增加,当AlN质量分数为50%时,材料的导热系数λ为0.883 4 W·(mK)-1,约为纯LLDPE的3倍;经NDZ-105表面处理后,复合材料的导热性能得到进一步改善.

       

      Abstract: To improve the thermal conductive properties of the linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE),the aluminum nitride (AlN) particles surface-modified by titanate coupling reagent (NDZ-105) were added into LLDPE and AlN/LLDPE thermal conductive composites were prepared through the powder blending method.The effects of AlN and NDZ-105 content on the thermal conductive property of the composites were discussed.DSC analysis results showed that AlN could enhance the crystallinity of the composites.Results of mechanical properties revealed that the thermal conductive property of the composites increased with the increase of AlN content,and the thermal conductivity coefficient λ came up to 0.883 4 W·(mK)-1 with 50% mass fraction of AlN,being three times of that of pure LLDPE.The thermal conductive property of the composites was further improved after the surface treatment by NDZ-105.
