    One-Way Static Tensile Failure Behavior of Ultrafine-Twined Pure Copper with High Strength

    • 摘要: 对纯铜进行室温异步累积叠轧并辅以再结晶退火处理, 制得了超细孪晶纯铜, 采用拉伸试验机和扫描电镜等研究了异步累积叠轧和再结晶退火后纯铜的单向静拉伸性能及断裂行为。结果表明: 纯铜经异步累积叠轧6道次后, 抗拉强度达到543 MPa, 伸长率为5.67%; 再经240 ℃×40 min再结晶退火后, 超细孪晶纯铜的抗拉强度和伸长率分别为546 MPa和7.31%; 异步累积叠轧层间的结合机制为裂口结合机制; 纯铜异步累积叠轧6道次后的断裂方式为连孔断裂, 再结晶退火后的超细孪晶纯铜断口具有韧窝和解理台阶的复杂形貌。

       

      Abstract: Ultrafine-twined pure copper was prepared by asymmetrical accumulative roll-bonding (AARB) and followed recrystallization annealling. The one-way tensile properties and the fracture behavior of the copper after AARB and recrystallization annealling were investigated by tensile test and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show the tensile strength and breaking elongation of pure copper deformed by 6 passes in AARB were 543 MPa and 5.67%; after the recrstallization annealling treatment at 240 ℃ for 40 minutes, the ultrafine-twined copper achieved 546 MPa in tensile strength and 7.31% in breaking elongation. The bonding mechanism of AARB deformation was crack bonding. Rolled after 6 passes AARB, the failure mechanism of copper was hole-joining fracture; and the fracture morphology of ultrafine-twined copper after recrystallization annealling was composed of dimples and cleavage steps.
