    • 摘要: 用自行研制的CuMnNi钎料对YG8硬质合金与42CrMo钢在不同钎焊温度、不同钎缝宽度下进行了真空钎焊工艺试验;用SEM、EPMA、EDS、润湿角测量仪和电子万能试验机等分析测试了焊接接头的显微组织、润湿角和三点弯曲强度.结果表明:该钎料对两种母材均具有良好的润湿性,最佳钎焊温度为1 030 ℃;在1 030 ℃下钎焊,钎缝宽度为0.3 mm时,可获得最高的接头抗弯强度510 MPa;在钎缝区存在铁、钴、镍等元素的长程扩散,并在钎缝界面处形成以FeCoNi为基的单相固溶体,有利于接头的冶金结合,提高其力学性能.

       

      Abstract: The vacuum brazing of YG8/42CrMo steel was studied with different process parameters such as brazing temperature and joint gap.A self-developed CuMnNi alloy was used as filler metal.Microstructure,wetting angle and 3 points bending strength of the brazed joints were analyzed by SEM,EPMA,EDS,contact angle meter and electronic universal testing machine.The results showed that this brazing filler metal had a good wettability to the two baseplates,and the optimum brazing temperature was 1 030 ℃.When the joint was brazed at 1 030 ℃ and the joint gap was 0.3 mm the bending strength of joints reached a maximum value of 510 MPa.FeCoNi single-phase solid solution could be achieved by long range diffusion of Co,Fe and Ni in the interface,which could benefit the metallurgical combination joint and improve the mechanical properties.
