    仿生叠层陶瓷刀具的研究现状与发展

    Research Status and Development of Biomimetic Laminated Ceramic Cutting Tools

    • 摘要: 仿生叠层是近几年发展起来的陶瓷增强、增韧新技术, 采用该技术制备的仿生叠层陶瓷刀具是模拟自然界中贝壳等生物材料的结构进行设计的。主要评述了Al2O3体系、SiC体系、Si3N4体系等三种仿生叠层陶瓷复合材料的国内外研究现状, 并介绍了仿生叠层陶瓷材料在刀具中的应用以及刀具的性能, 最后指出了当前存在问题和今后的发展趋势。

       

      Abstract: Bionic lamination is a new kind of technology to improve strength and toughness of ceramic in recent years. Bionic laminated ceramic tools prepared by the technology are designed by simitating the structure of biomaterials in nature, such as shell. The status of three kinds of biomimetic laminated ceramic composites of Al2O3 system, SiC system and Si3N4 system at homeland and abroad are viewed, and the application of biomimetic laminated ceramic composites in tools and the tool′s performance also are introduced. At last, it is pointed that the questions at present and development trends in future.
