    我国P91/T91钢生产及其性能的现状与进展

    Research Status and Advances of Manufacture and Properties of P91/T91 Steel in China

    • 摘要: P91/T91钢具有优异的高温强度,在电站、石油化工工业中具有广泛的应用前景;对国内该钢的力学性能、冶炼与热处理工艺和同种钢、异种钢的焊接工艺等方面进行了综述.目前国产钢的力学性能可满足ASTM标准,蠕变性能与ASTM标准值基本相当,焊接接头的疲劳性能优异;但该钢特别是焊接接头的长时高温性能仍需进一步进行研究和改进.

       

      Abstract: P91/T91 steel has excellent rupture strength at high temperatures.Therefore,it has broad application prospects in power station and petrochemical enterprise.The mature melting and heat treatment of P91/T91 steel in China are reviewed from several aspects of manufacturing,welding procedure and mechanical properties,and the welding problem with homogeneous or dissimilar steel is described.The properties of P91/T91 steel meet the demand of ASTM standard ,and the creep properties are similar to ASTM standard.Fatigue properties of P91/T91 welding joints are excellent.However,the long-time high temperature properties of P91/T91 steel,especially the welding joints,need further research.
