    预处理工艺对AZ91D镁合金锡酸盐转化膜的影响

    Influence of Pretreatment Techniques on Stannate Conversion Coating of AZ91D Magnesium Alloy

    • 摘要: 用全浸泡腐蚀试验测定转化膜的平均腐蚀速率,研究了多种预处理工艺对AZ91D镁合金锡酸盐转化膜耐腐蚀性能的影响;用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射分析仪等分析了AZ91D镁合金锡酸盐转化膜的形貌特征及相结构.结果表明:先用磷酸酸洗,再用氢氧化钠、磷酸三钠、碳酸钠溶液碱洗的预处理方案得到的转化膜耐腐蚀性能最优.

       

      Abstract: The effect of pretreatment techniques on the corrosion resistance of stannate conversion coating of AZ91D magnesium alloy was studied by measuring the average corroison rate of it in total immersion test.The surface morphology and phase structure of the stannate conversion coating of AZ91D magnesium alloy were investigated using SEM and XRD.The results show that corrosion resistance of the stannate conversion coating pretreated as following process:acid pickled by phosphate first,then alkaline pickled by sodium hydroxide,trisodium phosphate and sodium carbonate,was the best.
