    纳米复合镍电镀层的摩擦学性能

    Tribological Properties of Nanocomposite Electroplated Coating of Nickel

    • 摘要: 采用纳米复合电沉积方法制备了纯镍、Ni-纳米CeO2、Ni-纳米ZrO2和Ni-纳米(CeO2-ZrO2)四种镍电镀层,研究了不同镀层的显微硬度及摩擦磨损性能,并用扫描电子显微镜分析了其磨损机理.结果表明:在干摩擦条件下,镀层中纳米颗粒含量相同时,上述四种镀层的显微硬度依次升高,摩擦因数依次降低,并且波动范围变小;磨损率也是依次降低;纯镍镀层呈现严重的粘着磨损特征,Ni-纳米CeO2镀层表现为严重的磨粒磨损和粘着磨损,Ni-纳米ZrO2镀层的磨损特征为粘着磨损;而Ni-纳米(CeO2-ZrO2)镀层的磨损形式以轻微磨粒磨损和粘着磨损为主.

       

      Abstract: Four kinds of electroplated coatings including pure Ni,Ni-nano-CeO2,Ni-nano-ZrO2 and Ni-nano-(CeO2-ZrO2)were prepared using nanocomposite electrodeposition method.The microhardness and friction and wear properties of different coatings were studied,the wear mechanism was analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy.The results show that under the dry friction condition and the nanoparticle content of the coatings was the same,the microhardness of the above four coatings increased in turn,while the friction coefficient and the wear rate reduced in turn,and the fluctuation range became smaller.The pure Ni and Ni-ZrO2 electroplated coating were characterized by severe adhesion wear,the Ni-nano-CeO2 coating was characterized by severe abrasive wear and adhesion wear while the Ni-nano-(CeO2-ZrO2)coating was slight abrasive wear and adhesion wear.
