    镍在机械合金化制备WC粉体中的加速作用

    Accelerating Mechanism of Nickel during Synthesis of WC Powders

    • 摘要: 应用XRD、SEM、化学分析等手段对加入镍前后球磨不同时间的钨-碳混合粉末进行了对比分析.结果表明:当球料比为30∶1,球磨50 h后,设加镍的混合粉末中仍存在大量未反应的钨和碳,WC含量很少;当加入质量分数为5%的镍后,相同条件下混合粉末中出现大量的WC,而未反应的钨和碳的含量很少;说明在机械合金化制备WC的过程中,镍能缩短反应时间,提高反应速率.

       

      Abstract: The mixed powders of W,active carbon and Ni were ball milled and the resultants were analyzed by XRD,SEM and chemical analysis.The results show that WC could be synthesized largely under the conditions of the content of Ni being 5wt%,the ratio of ball to material being 30∶1 and the millingtime being 50 h,and there only existed a little W and C that did not react.If there was no Ni in the reactants,there still was plenty of W and C after 50 h milling and the quantity of WC was small.It can be concluded that Ni can shorten synthesis time of WC and increase reaction velocity.
