    明胶凝胶注模成型不锈钢浆料的制备与生坯的性能

    Preparation of Stainless Powder Slurry through Gelcasting of Gelatin and Properties of Green Body

    • 摘要: 选用316L不锈钢粉为原料、海藻酸钠为分散剂、明胶为粘结剂, 研究了固相、分散剂和粘结剂含量对浆料的流动性以及凝胶注模成型生坯抗弯强度的影响。结果表明: 当pH值为7、固相体积分数为56%、分散剂质量分数为1.0%、粘结剂质量分数为0.8%时, 浆料的黏度小于1 000 MPa·s, 按此工艺参数制备的生坯在室温下干燥后, 其抗弯强度可达到3.6 MPa。

       

      Abstract: The slurry was prepared by using 316L stainless steel powders as raw material, sodium alginate as dispersant and gelatin as agglomerant, the effects of solid content, dispersant content and agglomerant content on fluidity of the slurry and bending strength of the gelcasted green body were studied. Results show that the viscosity of slurry was smaller than 1 000 MPa·s when pH value of slurry was 7, solid content ratio was 56 vol%, dispersant ratio was 1.0 wt%, agglomerant ratio was 0.8 wt%, and the bending strength of the green body prepared according to above parameters could reach 3.6 MPa after being dried at room temperature.
