    Research Progress on Residual Stress of Plasma Sprayed Hydroxyapatite Coatings

    • 摘要: 综述了国内外等离子喷涂羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层残余应力的研究现状,主要分析了残余应力对HA涂层性能的影响及其残余应力产生原因,讨论了等离子喷涂工艺和涂层材料及结构对涂层中残余应力的影响,简要介绍了几种用于涂层残余应力的测试方法,并提出了今后HA涂层残余应力研究的重点和方向.

       

      Abstract: The current research status of the residual stress in plasma sprayed hydroxyapatite(HA) coatings is summarized.The effect of the residual stress on properties of the HA coatings and the formation cause of the residual stress are mainly analyzed.The effects of the spraying process,coating material and structure on the residual stress in the coating are discussed.The experimental techniques for the residual stress measurement are briefly described.Finally,the key point and the development trend on residual stress of HA coating are suggested.
