    Preparation and Absorbing Properties of Ni-SiC/Ferrite Composite Coatings

    • 摘要: 为了获得成本低、吸波性能良好、吸收带宽较大的电磁波吸收涂层,运用高压液相氢还原工艺对SiC粉体进行表面镀镍,并与铁氧体复合,制备了Ni-SiC/铁氧体复合材料吸波涂层,研究了单一材料与复合材料吸波涂层在8~18 GHz频段内的吸波性能,并研究了不同材料的电磁参数.结果表明:表面镀镍的SiC粉体与铁氧体复合后,可使该复合材料的复磁导率和复介电常数得到较合理的调整,使频散效应增强,从而使Ni-SiC/铁氧体复合材料吸波涂层的吸收峰值提高、吸收带宽增加,在15.2 GHz达到最小反射率-22.85 dB,且小于-10 dB的有效吸收带宽为7 GHz,吸波性能得到显著改善.

       

      Abstract: In order to prepare wave absorbing coatings with low cost,good wave absorbing properties and wide absorption band,the technology of liquid phase hydrogen reduction under high pressure was employed to modify SiC powders.The Ni-SiC/ferrite composite wave absorbing coatings were prepared by adding ferrite.The absorbing properties of the single component and composite coatings were studied in the frequency range of 8-18 GHz.The results show that the proper adjustment of complex permeability and complex permittivity,and the enhancement of frequency dispersion effect of the compoite coatings could be obtained,which resulted in the increase of absorbing peak value and wide absorption band.The minimum reflectivity of the Ni-SiC/ferrite compsoite wave absorbing coatings was -22.85 dB at the frequency of 15.2 GHz and the relevant bandwidth at the reflectivity was 7 GHz which was smaller than -10 dB.
