    纳米晶体钛表面TiO2薄膜的制备及抗凝血性能

    Preparation and Anti-Coagulant Property of TiO2 Film Deposited on Nanocrystalline Titanium Substrate Surface

    • 摘要: 采用直流磁控溅射法分别在纳米晶体钛和粗晶工业纯钛表面制备了TiO2薄膜,采用X射线衍射仪分析了薄膜的晶型结构,并采用体外动态凝血时间和血小板粘附试验研究了不同薄膜的抗凝血性能.结果表明:纳米晶体钛表面的TiO2薄膜较工业纯钛表面薄膜的晶粒细小且均匀致密,该薄膜主要为金红石和锐钛矿的混合结构;该钛基材纳米化可显著提高自身及TiO2薄膜的抗凝血性能.

       

      Abstract: TiO2 thin films were deposited on nanocrystalline titanium and coarse-grained commercial pure titanium by DC reactive magnetron sputtering.The structure of the films was analyzed by XRD.The anti-coagulant properties of different thin films were investigated through dynamic clotting time and platelet adhesion in vitro respectively.The results show that thin films on nanocrystalline titanium had finer,more uniform and compact grains than those on coarse-grained commercial pure titanium.The TiO2 thin films structure were composed of rutile and anatase.Nanocrystallization of Ti substrate could improve the anti-coagulant properties of itself and TiO2 thin films.
