    0Cr18Ni9/20G钢异质焊接接头的耐硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂性能

    Property of Resistance to Hydrogen Sulfide Stress Corrosion Cracking of Dissimilar Welded Joints between 0Cr18Ni9 Steel and 20G Steel

    • 摘要: 用A302和ENiCrFe-3焊条焊接0Cr18Ni9和20G钢, 采用慢应变速率拉伸试验(SSRT)研究了时效前后异质接头在不同浓度H2S溶液中耐H2S应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC)行为。结果表明: 两种焊条焊接的异质接头的力学性能随时效时间延长而下降, 时效后ENiCrFe-3焊条的接头性能较A302的好; 两种焊条的异质接头腐蚀敏感性都随H2S浓度的提高而显著提高; ENiCrFe-3焊条接头的耐应力腐蚀性能较A302的好; 经600 ℃×56 h时效处理后, 异质接头的耐应力腐蚀性能得到明显改善; 时效时间延长到98 h后, 接头耐应力腐蚀性能又有所下降。

       

      Abstract: Two kinds of welding rod, A302 and ENiCrFe-3, were used separately to weld 0Cr18Ni9 steel and 20G steel forming dissimilar welded joints. Behaviors of resistance to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking of the dissimilar welded joints in solutions containing different concentrations of hydrogen sulfide before and after aging were studied by slow strain rate tensile test. The results show that mechanical properties of the dissimilar welded joints decreased with the increasing of aging time , and the mechanical properties of the joints welded with ENiCrFe-3 were better than those of the joints welded with A302. The corrosion sensitiveness of the joints welded by the both welding rods increased remarkably with the increasing of concentration of H2S, and the property of resistance to stress corrosion for joints welded with ENiCrFe-3 was better than that for joints welded with A302. The property of resistance to stress corrosion cracking for joints welded with the both welding rods was significantly improved by aging treatment at 600 ℃ for 56 h, but lowered for a longer aging time over 98 h.
