    热挤压对Al2O3p/6061铝基复合材料拉伸性能及组织的影响

    Influence of Hot Extrusion on Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of Al2O3p/6061 Composite

    • 摘要: 采用挤压铸造法制备了体积分数为30%的Al2O3p/6061铝基复合材料,进行了挤压比为10∶1的热挤压,对铸态和挤压态复合材料进行了常温拉伸试验,用光学显微镜和透射电镜对变形前后的显微组织进行了观察.结果表明:热挤压改善了材料的组织,提高了材料的力学性能.

       

      Abstract: 30vol%Al2O3p/6061 composite was hot extruded in ratio of 10∶1 successfully.Tensile tests were performed to as-cast and extruded Al2O3p/6061 composite at room temperature.And microstructures were observed by optical microscope and TEM.It is show that the mechanical properties and microstructure are obviously improved by hot extrusion.
