    热处理工艺对含铜钼1Cr13不锈钢性能的影响

    Effects of Heat Treatment Process on Properties of 1Cr13 Stainless Steel Containing Cu and Mo

    • 摘要: 研究了热处理工艺对含铜钼1Cr13马氏体不锈钢抗菌性、耐腐蚀性和硬度的影响.采用均匀设计法设计热处理工艺,并用回归方程分析了试验结果.结果表明:当1Cr13Cu3Mo钢经1 200 ℃×15 min固溶、550 ℃×1 h时效后,其硬度和抗菌率具有最大值,硬度达到40.6 HRC,抗菌率为100%;该钢在不同介质中的腐蚀速率随时间的增加而减小,最后趋零.

       

      Abstract: The effects of heat treatment process on antibacterial property,corrosion resistance and hardness of 1Cr13 martensite stainless steel containing Cu and Mo were studied.Heat treatment process was designed by uniformity design and the results were analyzed by regression equations.The results show that antibacterial rate and hardness have maximum values after solution at 1 200 ℃×15 min and aging at 550 ℃×1 h and hardness is 40.6 HRC,antibacterial is 100%.The corrosion rate of 1Cr13Cu3Mo decrease with time to zero.
