    核电站热交换器用换热直管的生产工艺及性能

    Manufacture Process and Properties of Straight Tube Used for Heat Exchanger in Nuclear Power Plant

    • 摘要: 采用热挤压和多道次冷轧工艺制备了核电站热交换器用换热直管, 并按照RCC-M M3303的要求进行了化学成分、力学性能、工艺性能、耐腐蚀性能、晶粒度和超声波内部探伤等方面的检验。结果表明: 采用该工艺生产的换热直管符合核电站换热直管的采购要求。

       

      Abstract: Straight tube used for heat exchanger in nuclear power plant was manufactured by hot extrusion and multi-pass cold rolling process, and different examination tests were performed in accordance with RCC-M M3303 including chemical composition, mechanical properties, properties, corrosion resistance, grain size and non-destructive examination. The test results show that the quality of straight tube manufactured by the process was accordance with purchase requirement of straight tube used for heat exchanger in nuclear power plant.
