    微织构自润滑刀具干切削0Cr18Ni9奥氏体不锈钢的切削性能

    Performance of Self-lubricating Micro-texture Tool on Dry Cutting 0Cr18Ni9 Austenitic Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 采用激光加工方法在硬质合金刀具的前刀面加工出微织构,并在微织构中填充固体润滑剂制成微织构自润滑刀具;使用微织构自润滑刀具、微织构刀具以及传统硬质合金刀具分别对0Cr18Ni9奥氏体不锈钢进行干切削试验,并对比了它们的切削性能.结果表明:与传统刀具相比,微织构自润滑刀具能有效提高切削性能(主切削力减小了8%~16%,切削温度降低了15%~24%),增加切屑的曲卷,改善刀具的粘着磨损现象.

       

      Abstract: Micro-textures were made by laser on the rake face of carbide tool,and solid lubricant was embedded into the micro-texture to form self-lubricating micro-texture tool.Dry cutting experiments in machining 0Cr18Ni9 austenitic stainless steel were carried out with self-lubricating micro-texture tool,micro-texture tool and conventional carbide tool,and the cutting performances of the three kinds of tools were compared.Results show that compared with the conventional tool,self-lubricating micro-texture tools had greatly improvement on the cutting performance(main cutting force reducing about 8%-16% and the cutting temperature reducing about 15%-24%),the chips coiling increased and the adhesive of chip and wear of rank face reduced.
