    Effect of Aging on Conductivity of Cu-Zn-Cr Alloy

    • 摘要: 研究了不同时效工艺对热轧铜-锌-铬合金导电性能的影响,并对最优工艺处理后合金的组织及相组成进行了分析.结果表明:试验条件下,Cu-17Zn-0.4Cr合金的最佳生产工艺为930 ℃热轧后淬火+550 ℃×1 h时效,合金的电导率为55.1%IACS;热轧温度一定时,随着时效温度升高,电导率先增大后减小,存在电导率最大值;热处理工艺一定时,则热轧温度越高,电导率越低.

       

      Abstract: The influence of different technology to Cu-Zn-Cr alloys conductivity was studied,the structure and phase of the alloy were analysed.The result show that under this experiment condition,the better technology is that the alloys are rapid hot rolling and quenching(the starting rolling temperature is 930 ℃),then aged at 550 ℃ for 1 hour,the alloys electrical conductivity is 55.1%IACS;If the hot rolling temperature doesnt change,the electrical conductivity of alloys goes up and later goes down,exists the maximum of electrical conductivity with the aging temperature increasing.If the heat treatment doesnt change,the electrical conductivity of alloy goes down with the hot rolling temperature going up.
