Abstract:
The influence of different technology to Cu-Zn-Cr alloys conductivity was studied,the structure and phase of the alloy were analysed.The result show that under this experiment condition,the better technology is that the alloys are rapid hot rolling and quenching(the starting rolling temperature is 930 ℃),then aged at 550 ℃ for 1 hour,the alloys electrical conductivity is 55.1%IACS;If the hot rolling temperature doesnt change,the electrical conductivity of alloys goes up and later goes down,exists the maximum of electrical conductivity with the aging temperature increasing.If the heat treatment doesnt change,the electrical conductivity of alloy goes down with the hot rolling temperature going up.
