    钢板热浸镀铝锌合金工艺的确定

    Determine on Hot-dip Al-Zn Alloy Process of Steel Sheet

    • 摘要: 研究了钢板热浸镀55Al-Zn-1.5Si合金层的工艺,分析了不同的助镀剂配方及浸镀参数对镀层质量的影响,确定出了较理想的热浸镀工艺.结果表明:助镀剂基本不影响镀层的厚度,但助镀剂的选择对铝锌合金镀层耐蚀性能有直接影响;适用于钢板热浸镀55Al-Zn-1.5Si合金层的水溶性助镀剂配方为27%ZnCl2+10%NH4Cl;较理想的浸镀温度为640~660 ℃,浸镀时间为6 min,提升速度为5 m·min-1.

       

      Abstract: Through experiments of hot-dipping 55Al-Zn-1.5Si alloy coating on the steel sheet,the effect of plating auxiliary and hot-dip processing parameters on coating thickness and quality were studied.The results show that the plating auxiliary had less effect on the alloy layer thickness,but influenced the anticorrosion of Al-Zn alloy coating directly.The optimized composition of water-soluble auxiliary for 55Al-Zn-1.5Si alloy coating was 27%ZnCl2+ 10%NH4Cl.When the hot dip temperature was 640-660 ℃,the hdding time was 6 minute and the raising speed was 5 m·min-1,coatings with high quality could be gained.
