    Precipitation Behavior of Weld Metal with AF during Weld Heat Recycling

    • 摘要: 用Gleeble1500型热模拟机对X70管线钢多道焊焊缝金属进行了热模拟试验,对二次热循环作用后焊缝金属中各种组织尤其是大量针状铁素体组织的数量、尺寸及形貌进行了分析.结果表明:经历了二次热循环过程后,焊缝金属中存在着数量不一的先共析铁素体和块状铁素体,针状铁素体仍占据着主导地位.共感生成的二次针状铁素体在一次针状铁素体的基体上形核并以一定的速率迅速长大到有限的尺寸,一次针状铁素体和二次针状铁素体都是在奥氏体晶内形核、长大,都具有细化奥氏体晶粒、提高多道焊焊缝金属和焊接热影响区韧性的作用.

       

      Abstract: Precipitation behavior of multipass welding metal in X70 pipe-line steel was investigated by Gleeble 1500,SEM and TEM were carried out to analysis the amount,size and morph of various microstructures,especially AF,in welding metal after suffering from secondary heat recycling.The results show that there exit little amount of the grain boundary ferrite and the grain boundary ferrite while the acicular ferrite are predominant in weld metal.The sympathetic AF nucleation nucleated on the primary AF and grown into specific size rapidly,both the primary AF and the sympathetic nucleation AF nucleated and grown in the austenite grain,they play an important role of refining the austenite grain which could improve the toughness of multipass welding metal and HAZ.
