    Effect of Asynchronous Rolling on Structure and Properties of High Manganese Steel

    • 摘要: 用异步轧制技术和冷轧的方法对铸态水韧处理的高锰钢进行可控轧制处理,并对其显微组织与性能进行了研究.结果表明:随轧制变形量的增加,奥氏体高锰钢组织内部出现大量的高密度孪晶组织,加工硬化性能大大提高,抗冲击磨损能力提高,高锰钢耐磨性能更好.

       

      Abstract: Cold rolling of high manganese steel after water toughening treatment was carried out by the asynchronous rolling technique.The microstructure and performance after rolling were studied.The results show that a great deal of high density twin crystals merged and the capability of strain hardening and impact abrasion resistance are enhanced greatly with the increase of deformation.
