    Synthesis and Antifriction Performance of NbSe2 Nanoparticles

    • 摘要: 将硒粉和铌粉按一定比例混合后, 压成片状密封于石英管中于850 ℃焙烧, 再粉碎球磨后得到NbSe2纳米颗粒; 采用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜等对所得产物进行了表征, 采用摩擦磨损试验机测定了NbSe2纳米颗粒作为添加剂加入到N40润滑油后的摩擦学性能, 并与NbSe2纳米纤维进行了对比。结果表明: 制备的NbSe2纳米颗粒直径在150~300 nm之间, 具有明显的层状结构和良好的结晶性; 添加纳米颗粒的基础油具有优良的减摩性能, 同纳米纤维相比, 纳米颗粒的减摩性能更好。

       

      Abstract: The mixed powders of Nb and Se according to a certain proportion were pressed into pellets, which were sealed into a quartz tube and sintered at 850 ℃. Then NbSe2 nanoparticles were obtained after milled and crushed the sintered body. The products were characterized by means of XRD, TEM and SEM. The tribological properties were tested by friction and wear machine for N40 lubricating oil with NbSe2 nanoparticles as additive, and compared with those of nanofibers. The results show that the NbSe2 nanoparticles with diameter of 150-300 nm had obvious lamellar structure and good crystalline. The base oil with nanoparticles had good antifriction performance. Compared with the nanofibers, nanoparticles had better antifriction performance.
