    Research Progress on Carbon Materials with High Thermal Conductivity

    • 摘要: 介绍了高定向碳材料的导热机理, 主要从制备方法、成本及导热性能等方面综述了近年来金刚石薄膜、石墨、石墨烯、碳纳米管、碳纤维及其复合材料等高导热碳材料的研究现状和发展趋势, 并展望了其作为热量管理材料的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: The heat conduction mechanism of highly oriented carbon materials was intruduced. The research progress of carbon allotropes such as diamond film, graphite, graphene, carbon nanotubes, carbon fiber and its composite was summarized from preparation method, cost and heat conduction property. And the future development of carbon materials with high thermal conductivity and its application prospect of thermal management materials were also discussed.
